More and more buyers make an offer after only one in-person viewing. Preparing your home meticulously for its photoshoot is one of the most important things you can do to help your sale.

Once the SOLD sign is up we’ll stay in close touch with you and your lawyer to ensure that all the paperwork flows smoothly. Together with your lawyer we’ll coordinate releasing the keys to the new owner and make sure any loose ends are tied up neatly for you!
