Edmonton has so many markets. You can divide it by neighbourhood, property type (single family, condo etc), or price range. The results below show the number of single family homes sold by price range in the past 3 years from January to October. There were just 127 fewer homes sold in the $500,000 to $749,999 price range, but that represents a 9.7% decrease in sales in that price range. Sales dropped by 311 in the price range up to $499,999 but that represents only a 5.3% decline in activity. Whether buying or selling, knowing the strength of the market in your price range is critical.
